This specialization is intended for managers- from government organizations, businesses, public administrations, international organizations, or NGO’s- who want to go beyond intuition and acquire the proven tools to help the achieve greater success in negotiation. You will learn negotiation fundamental skills thanks to the first course. With the second course, we will enable you to develop better cross- cultural anticipation and international conflict resolution skills. With the third and final course, you will be able to choose and lead a meditation process, You will gain a deeper understanding of workplace and international conflict resolution.
